Due to the high volume of applications we have been receiving our online registration is currently closed and will only be open on the 1st of each month from 12:00PM PST to 3:00PM PST to the first 500 Applicants. All applications may not be approved. Please see the following guidelines for possible restrictions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE APPLYING WITH US
Once the online registration is open, you will have 30 minutes to complete a signing agent test in which you will need to pass with a 75% score along with some general information forms to begin your application.
Upon review, the Bancserv notary department will E-mail you with a username to our website where you will need to login to complete and upload the forms outlined below;
- Current W-9
- Business References Form
- Copy of Notary Commission (Stamp will not be accepted)
- Copy of Driver’s License (Must be a color copy)
- Copy of Notary Bond (If required in your state Bond Required States)
- Copy of Errors & Omissions Policy (minimum $10,000 coverage)
- Copy of Background Check (see Background Check Bulletin)
- One-Way Video Interview (see Bancserv Video Interview)
Please note, all documents must be uploaded by the 15th in order for your application to be completed. Incomplete submissions will result in cancellation of your application in which you will need to wait until the following month to reapply with us
